Return Conditions
Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal without being required to pay any compensation, within 30 working days, counting from the day the customer acquires physical possession of the goods, through one of the following methods:

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact TwoWheelMarket via email, providing all their identification details.
The Customer must return the order in proper condition.
The package must be returned complete, as it was delivered, and accompanied by the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product.
Upon receipt of the return at TwoWheelMarket, the returned item or the corresponding value paid for the order (sales invoice value) will be refunded to the Customer.
The refund method for the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used for the respective order.
If the item is degraded due to poor conservation and/or packaging by the Customer, no refund of the price or shipping costs will be issued, and the product will be re-sent to the original shipping address.
Manufacturing Defect
In case of a “manufacturing defect”, meaning when defects are detected in the items that, in principle, do not fit the characteristics of the item, the Customer should contact TwoWheelMarket with a copy of the invoice.
If the Customer chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility.
For the product exchange to be carried out, you must ensure that the packaging is complete and in excellent condition.
If a “manufacturing defect” is not verified, no exchange will be made, and the product will be re-sent to the Customer.
Validity
All items available in the Store are duly certified.
Items have a validity period defined by the manufacturer. Returns can only be exercised with the packaging in good condition and proof of purchase (invoice).
Items that have exceeded the period defined for the item or show signs of negligence, improper handling, or packaging are considered outside the validity conditions.
If the item is non-compliant but within its validity, the Customer should contact TwoWheelMarket.
If the Customer chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility. The Customer must always request the dispatch note that proves the shipment of the order.
